The Pioneer Forecart

Tongue Options

Available in ash hardwood or steel

construction. Three position mounting

Brake Options:

Mechanical Brakes are band type with

replaceable lining. Foot pedal operated

with lock.

Hydraulic Brakes are 10” trailer type

and foot pedal operated with lock valve.

All brakes are factory installed, tested

and adjusted.

Shaft Options:

For single horse driving. Our shafts

feature all steel construction for safety

and durability. Easily switch from tongue

to shafts using only two bolts.

The Pioneer Draft Cart

with a simple, well-balanced design means true value

and economy

Features:

• Standard cart has 4-bolt wheel hubs for general farm work

• Heavy duty cart has heavier spindles and 6-bolt wheel hubs

(Recommended when using steel wheels)

• Overall width (outside of tires) 64”

• 15” rims mounted with good used tires or new implement tires

The Pioneer Hafflinger Cart

Made especially for the smaller draft breeds and lighter breeds such as Standardbreds and

Quarter Horses. This forecart has the same features as our larger forecarts, and with a full range

of options and accessories you can easily order one to fit your application.

The Pioneer Pony Cart

 

This down-sized version of our standard Pioneer forecart is ideal for

ponys or small horses. Outfitted with the same features of our larger

forecarts, you can customize your unit with additional options

and accessories.

The Pioneer Blade Attachment

Put your Pioneer forecart to work with this

durable blade attachment. Use the blade for

scraping barnyards, grading driveways or leveling

dirt. For plowing snow, we recommend using

the optional blade wings and skid shoes.

Conveniently mounts to any Pioneer draft

forecart with just two bolts. A well-balanced

design and convenient adjustments make

the blade easy to operate

The Pioneer Potatoe Ploq Attachment:

This unique add-on features a heat treated furrower that digs potatoes

and rolls them out for easy pickup without damage. Available as a

complete unit or as an attachment for the Pioneer blade

The Pioneer Liberty PTO Cart

Motorized cart helps you do more work in less time

In a class of its own, the Pioneer Liberty PTO cart features a quiet running gas or diesel

engine to help improve daily productivity on today’s modern horse-powered farms.

Choose the engine and horsepower to fit your application, from a range of 20 HP to

75 HP. Field ready and loaded with features, the PTO cart is a proven performer.

This cart is the result of years of research and extensive on-the-farm testing. It is ideal

for use with rotary mowers, haybines, hayrakes, tedders, square and round hay balers,

manure spreaders, corn pickers, picker/shellers, silage choppers and other critical

farm equipment.

All Pioneer Liberty PTO carts feature the exclusive adjustable drawbar stabilizer,

which eliminates balance problems associated with a two-wheeled cart. Our design

ends swaying, tongue weight problems and PTO shaft damage on sharp turns. It also

provides better stability when making turns and working on hillsides. This is accomplished by first clamping or welding a pin to the tongue of the implement being pulled. Next, the implement tongue is hitched to the cart drawbar in the usual manner. Then, the cartstabilizer bar is attached to the pin on the implement tongue. Finally, the cart tongue latch is disconnected. Using this method, the cart and implement become one single unit and will operate and turn like an auto-steer wagon.
